Girls' Soccer Press Release!

On Tuesday the Lady Patriot soccer team defeated Carroll by a score of 1-0. strong winds and rain threatened to postpone the game but a full 70 minutes were played. Carroll started strong, pinning the Patriots in their defensive third for the first 15 minutes of the game. The Lady Patriots finally got a rush up the field and the ball was played to the outside to Madysen Snyder. Snyder then gave the ball to Kendyl Smith who dribbled through 3 defenders and took a shot from 25 yards out. The ball floated over the goalies head and into the net for a 1-0 lead and the only goal of the game. The Lady Patriots record is now 5-0-1 and host Woodside Thursday for a 6:30 start.
