Brooke-destinee Lockwood went to state at the Hoosier Science and Engineering Fair in Indianapolis. She received the award for most outstanding Sixth Grade Project, the Ricoh Sustainable Development Award, and the Quemetco Inc. Environmental Science Award along with $50 cash award. Her project was "Unplug My Pockets" Her project focused on investigating phantom energy. She found that the average households electric bill is 10% phantom energy. Great work, Brooke-destinee!
