Spell Bowl
Spell Bowl is a competition similar to a spelling bee except the words are written instead of being spelled orally. The words come from a list that the team will study during practice sessions. The team will compete in several per year.
Competitions are made up of eight rounds with a different team member competing in each round. Each round consists of seven words. There is no limit as to how many students may come from any one grade level. A student may participate in only one round. Words come from lists published on the Indiana Association of School Principals website. Word Lists rotate annually.
