Yearbook is open to any 7th- or 8th-grade student interested in creativity, design, and storytelling. Students try out by submitting a Google Slides presentation about themselves in October. From these tryouts, twelve students are selected to be part of the yearbook staff.
The staff meets on Wednesdays after school from 3:30–4:30 p.m. throughout the year. Members design the yearbook using computers, so strong technology skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.
Yearbook staff members get the unique opportunity to capture memories, highlight student life, and tell the story of the school year through their designs.
