Fusion Humanities

Eighth Grade Humanities (Fusion Social Studies and Literature) is an interdisciplinary pairing of Language Arts and American History studies. This course will provide inquiry-based learning experiences in which students will collaborate with peers and utilize technology to create projects as both components of and evidence of their learning. Students will continue to develop their language skills through diverse and challenging texts and authentic writing experiences as they investigate US History prior to the 20th century and discover why history is still relevant today.
